Private Sessions

Private sessions at Franck Pilates are grounded in the six foundational principles of the classical Pilates method: concentration, control, centering, precision, breath, and flow.

Using traditional Gratz Pilates equipment-including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and barrels-each session is carefully tailored to the individual, allowing the work to evolve with clarity, intention and precision.

The objective is not simply exercise, but the development of strength, coordination, alignment, and deeper body awareness through intelligent, focused movement rooted in the original method-leaving students feeling stronger, more connected, and more at ease within their bodies.

The work is progressive, attentive, and deeply individualized, allowing students to develop greater strength, awareness and ease through consistent practice.
